I stopped in at the regional office when I got off the plane in Portland, and looked at the car. My wife had the check for the down, but was stuck on I-5 behind the 27 car accident just south of Woodland. I looked at the car, drove it the one mile back to the holding pen, got a ride back to the office, and drove my truck home. It took me 5 hours to drive 50 miles from PDX to Kelso.

The car will be there next week after the storm passes.

Edit: I did sign the paperwork, but my wife still has to sign and deliver the check.
