Are you testing my knowledge in the fitness arena? Because it sounds like the only difference that I see is specificity between the methods of training. The results from P90x seems like the people I know have been involved in quite a bit of strength training. Don't know much about your last comparison. So that was ineffective in supporting your rebuttal.
What I am trying to figure out is your actual role in a persons training. You say you will answer questions, but don't really delve into what your expertise is. I know you are a PT and "athletic trainer" both of those suggest more prehab/rehab orientated stuff, than programming, nutrition, etc.

I mean if I wanted to ask about rehabbing my knee I would consult a PT. If I wanted to ask about dieting for a bodybuilding show, I would consult a prep coach, etc....

I am just curious where you are coming from. Are you a PT who also powerlifted? Are you a PT who has never done anything sport related? Well you answered that, so thanks.

And just to be clear, I have a ton of respect for PT's. I think a GOOD PT is a great tool for any athlete to have in their arsenal. My questioning was more towards clearing up what sort of stuff would be best to ask you.
