Are you testing my knowledge in the fitness arena? Because it sounds like the only difference that I see is specificity between the methods of training. I am not going to prepare an offensive lineman returning from ACL surgery using a model to return a wide receiver back to the game. So, it all comes down to specificity.
The results from P90x seems like the people I know have been involved in quite a bit of strength training. Don't know much about your last comparison. So that was ineffective in supporting your rebuttal.
