You cannot convert fat to muscle. That is a big LOL. you burn fat and either strengthen or build new muscle. There is no such thing as ripped either but I know what you mean. For your goals do a lot of cardio mixed with some weights. Do not lift heavy but do not lift too light either. Do a weight you can do 10 to 12 times.
