In all honesty this seems like a good deal of butthurt to me since all the guy was doing was abbreviating Personal Trainer. I don't think he was trying to insult you or any other Physical Therapists in anyway. Both professions just happen to have the same abbreviations.

I don't mean any disrespect to you or your profession. I'm sure you know your shit and worked hard to get where you are, but I'm sure that there are personal trainers out there too that take their profession very seriously and are good at it too.
