Yea going for check up is probably the smart thing to do before you start to follow a workout/diet regime. But lets be serious for a minute, how many people do this? Most of the people just seekout stuff on the internet and show up at the gym.

My comment wasn't adressed to people in the professional circuit. I'm talking about the average joe (on the internet) like me who just wants too look good aka get muscular.

Yes, it's vague but it does work for a lot of people. Usually when somebody isn't getting the progress they want it's probably because they lack something from the above vague statement.
