That's assuming the individual is healthy to begin a regimen where they 'train hard'. I would not give anyone advice about things I am not knowledgeable about. A good MD is the best to see for clearance. Just better to be safe rather than sorry.
'Train hard, eat, and sleep' is very vague and not a recipe for success. It does work for some people though.
