To others in this thread. Go talk to a healthcare professional before starting an exercise program or wanting to return back to the fitness realm. Feel free to PM me or I would be happy to start a thread. I also am a licensed athletic trainer. So I am comfortable and confident giving you all advice if needed.

My apologies for not using the right abbreviation for a personal trainer. There are also a lot of other things that have the abbreviation PT, are you also offended that those don't mean physical therapy? I used it to keep the message shorter (as I reply via Smart Phone) which is what many people do on the Internet. Only people who feel offended over something as simple as an abbreviation must have ego issues. If something as little as this offends you, you probably should not be on the internet.
