I would be very careful throwing the abbreviation "PT" around. I have a doctorate in physical therapy. So hearing a personal trainer being called a "PT" is an insult. You only need a high school degree to become a personal trainer. They are not healthcare professionals. So let's get that straight.

To the OP: don't give advice to others here because you have been working out for 2.5 years. You are just dangerous enough to give people terrible advice. Stick with your routine. To others in this thread. Go talk to a healthcare professional before starting an exercise program or wanting to return back to the fitness realm. Feel free to PM me or I would be happy to start a thread. I also am a licensed athletic trainer. So I am comfortable and confident giving you all advice if needed.
