The hard part isn't figuring out what to eat. It's actually adhering to it day in and day out.
Do you think you're ready to make that kind of commitment?
Bottom line is everyday is someone's birthday, anniversary, family getting take out, friend baked cookies etc. It's always something. These are times you're going to face, and have enough will power to get through. Can you handle that?
