I did this 9 years ago while working in a kitchen and I went from 260lbs to 160lbs in the span of 2-3 years. Sadly i did not go to the gym so i had 0 muscle and was what i like to call skinny fat. Along the way i took a desk job and got back into my bad eating habbits and put on a bunch of weight back up to 220lbs.

So the first thing you need to do is to document everything you intake in your body for a week and I mean everything. If you decide to eat that booger out of your nose you need to write that down (also not that know this but what is the caloric content of a booger lol).

Make sure to include portion size as well, this will give you a good idea about how much you are eating. You can also find calorie counters to give you an idea of how many calories you are taking in. When i did this i realized that i was taking in almost 2100 calories a day in 3 giant servings, including about 900 for dinner and my body was just storing the unused energy. Now once you've figured out exactly what you take in, you can do research and what you "should" be taking in and how you need to change your eating habbits to make better use of your 5 days a week gym habbit.

for me personally, eating 5-6 smaller "meals" a day has given me more energy overall, i don't hit the snooze button a million times anymore, i have better memory and i feel quicker mentally, i don't dredge the workout, i look forward to it and to feeding my body afterwards to recover. I also had my first real cheat day in a month yesterday and let me tell you, i couldn't wait to eat clean again today, i felt like total ass this morning.

anyway, i'm sure if you can even document one day and post in on here it would help understand why you can't get away from 250.

Is really hard man, i have tried many but many times to loose weight and i cant.
I would love someone to give me like a weekly diet that i can follow as it will be much easier for me

I really have no idea on what to eat and what not.
