Thanks man. Although if I had to do it all over again I would have tried to get more reps on everything and then work my way back up in weight once I hit 135 lol.
I stopped with touch and go and do deadstop now. So much harder lol. But I needed to work on set up and keeping tight and touch and go really doesn't do anything for that since you have momentum helping out.
If I could still do 495 for even a few I would be very happy
