Cons of moving them would be poor idle quality and low load throttle response. However since the FA20 uses a dual injection setup the cons would not matter because you could tune those areas using the Direct injection only.

Low throttle response can be tune, but the DI is turned off below a certain RPM (something like 1800) and above a set RPM (usually set around 7000 rpm).
