By moving the port injectors up you get the following benefits.

-Lower Intersect angle since the injectors is now on the radius of the runner.
-Increased charge cooling
-Better atomization of the fuel when using large injectors.


Cons of moving them would be poor idle quality and low load throttle response. However since the FA20 uses a dual injection setup the cons would not matter because you could tune those areas using the Direct injection only.
