If I make the jump to the 70mm, sounds like I will need:
-Stronger clutch installed (like act streetlight flywheel and street clutch)
-Intercooler
-70mm pully
-I may also do a meth injection
-I don't want to bother with e85 yet
This means I'll be spending around $2.5k without meth (parts and labor [intercooler 1200, clutch/flywheel $566, clutch install $600, retune $200]) and over $3.5k with meth.

With all that, is the supercharger or engine expected to have a shorter lifespan? I don't want to have the car fail on me in a few years because I overstressed the charger or engine. I want this car to last. I do a few track days a year. I have most all of the less expensive supporting mods like oil cooler as you'll see in my build thread.

Would I need to change the supercharger oil more frequently that recommended by innovate?

Depending on my tax return I may get some or all of this stuff. My guess without looking at taxes is probably I'll only be able to get the intercooler.
Not necessarily. I went to the 70mm pulley and didn't change anything. It depends on the gas you can run. Do you have 93 or 91? I have 93 so it may be different, i've heard 91 with the smaller pulley and no intercooler isn't the way to go (can't remember who said it).

I don't have a clutch either. I plan on going to get tuned on e85/flex fuel with the stock clutch, hopefully it holds. I DO plan on upgrading however. But if I was to stay on 93, I wouldn't be touching the clutch. It holds just fine.

As far as frequency of changing the oil, I don't see why that would effect anything. I mean the service is suppose to be every 30k, and I checked mine with like 10k on it and it was so low it didn't even hit the dipstick. So that should be something checked frequently anyways, regardless of the setup.

I do recommend the intercooler though, either way and no matter what gas you are going to run. Just makes for a way more efficient setup. Consistent power as well.

Can't comment on meth injection, no plans to be running that.
