I was hesitant about posting due to skepticism and because people claim outrageous bodyfat percentages like you mentioned. I have before and after photos but I don't feel like turning this into a bodybuilding.com current body thread.

Didn't mean to be a skeptic, was just curious, as a lot of people throw BF%'s around and have no idea what they are saying

Congrats man, thats a hell of a jump. I had my BF% read in a bodpod a while back when I was losing weight. Did it right in the beginning, in the middle, and at the end.
34% - 16% (think it was 16) - 10%. Was a great feeling i'll tell you that. My LBM only went down a few pounds too, so I pretty much kept everything I had under my hibernation coating
Lucky for you it was only 50 bucks..first time cost me 125

then it went down to 100 since I was a repeat user.
This was a before pic of me at close to 290. after was when I was down to 10%. Bodpod read me at 196 pounds. Yes my dog totally photobombed the photo hahaha. This was taken close to 2 years ago now (damn). I have a front pic too but I don't want to turn this into a photo gallery.
