Please tell me which top class powerlifter/trainer told you(Ie had a conversation with you) this stuff in regards to the Deadlift...
Here's a piece of valuable advice for you, and this applies to any area of your life. If you haven't done something, and have no first hand experience with something, say that. Don't give a regurgitated answer, with authority, as if the information was your own. And on top of that you don't even say "I have no/little experience with this but I read..... Or was told...."
Again, my goal isn't to be a **** to you, it's to make you think before you give advice "do I really have adequate first hand experience on this topic to be giving advice? ". Pretty simple. Sometimes the best advice is "I'm not sure but maybe (insert website) .com has some articles on that, check it out."
