I am not trying to be a **** here, and I feel your intentions are good, I just feel like you don't have enough experience to be giving good recommendations. You are giving advice based on VERY limited experience.
It is like me reading some forums on building an fa20, and coming here starting a thread saying "If you need advice on building an fa20 post here" "I have never built an fa20, I bolted on an intake, and header though".
Quite a bit of what I am reading in here is suspect, and highly questionable.

This advice was given to me from top class personal trainers and power lifters. If you really don't need help on working out please quit coming back here and starting some online war just to boost your own ego and stand over someone who's taking time to try to help others with the best of their knowledge. I haven't minded people taking over this thread to give advice but i don't like someone coming here and flaming on other's advice. please stop giving my advice a negative feed back. Either get in with the helping or just leave.
P.s Title says "I like fitness, ask me anything" not I'm a expert bodybuilder that has 100% guaranteed advice for everything that breathes.
