You can start taking some mma classes or start wrestling again as a side hobby. What motivated you back than? Your big 3 is pretty good to if you can manage that at your current weight. Try to aim higher. You might have lost some muscle in the past 8 months but theres always muscle memory. Give it a month and your body will start readjusting exponentially.
