It's complicated the moment you made it into a sweepstakes/giveaway.... that's my whole point.
If you don't think my point/concern is valid and should not be addressed, then so be it. I speak from PRIOR experience after having a similar giveaway shut down because of legalities arising from the winner's insistance that there be no payment tied to this.
And frankly if a winner wants to get the coilover for free by demanding a prize without payment/deposit/whatever, they have every legal right to (and would screw you over in the process).
That's my point.
