p90x is tough man. If you stick with it, it will work no matter what you eat lol. But if you want to get the best results as advertised on t.v your going to have to match p90 with a great diet, which is not advertised on t.v. P90x is like a full body workout that works out your whole system. However it''s very high intensity cardio at the same time. It will reduce time spent in gym, and isolation days for specific muscles. P90 works i can vouch for that, but you getting sore and feeling tired 10 mins in is the biggest challenge. Is it for me?? No not really, i enjoy going to the gym, and i enjoy taking my time on specific muscle groups. Does it work, I really don't doubt it. People who say it doesn't only do it once every week, or gave up after three days.
