Awesome work man. Be encourage, a lot of people slow down on their dead lift because they never bother starting. They're too embarrassed on their low weight. It took me awhile to get to 225 as well and i think i was working with that amount of weight for about a year. Fixed my form and was able to go heavier with less risk of injury. Motivation is a hard thing to come by, like i tell a lot of people, don't do it for someone you love, loved, like, liked whatever. Most of the guys that do it after a breakup lose motivation real quick. Do it for yourself, i was always a physical person so motivation was easy. Challenge myself. My lifts arn't as great as others but I'm currently the best of myself and thats all i need for encouragement. It's me versus me and I'm winning!!
