First off, I want to say congrats on getting fit. It started off sad with you losing your baby (I know that feeling, just lost my own "baby"), but now you're in a better place. Woohoo!

Alright,question time.
I'm new to the fitness thing. I know you said what started your motivation, but what motivates you now? I think that's the part I've been lacking. I want to completely drop off soda in my life, and start working out again. I just don't know where to start. I've tried before in the past...It hasn't gone so well, obviously.
Advice for a newcomer?
If you don't mind me sharing my 2 cents on your question about motivation.. Well my motivation was to gain mass, so if you are trying to either gain or lose weight that would help your motivation a little bit. But every time I go to the gym I always look in the mirror and see what improvements I need to make. So if you are a girl, which I think you are base on your username, and you want a nice butt + legs + abs. Try to monitor your progress so that every time you go to the gym you have something to work on. And trust me that it is a long progress to get where you want so that should always bring you back to the gym.
