On the premiere dealer rating site Fitz has a clean record, and 158 good reviews from people who have bought cars/have them serviced there. I think it's a bit harsh to blacklist a dealer who has a clean record just because of a bad experience YOU had with them, which you said yourself wasn't that bad.
