My suggestion (AVO kit) will not heat soak a DD and will be much cheaper. I also don't know if the Ptuning kit includes a basemap which would be an added cost if not.

Lots of turbo kits run a scavenging pump. Do your research about it and make your mind on whether you are willing to run it or not.
