making the exhaust noise tolerable at WOT and being catless.
So with my recent addition of a TC kit/EL header, I have 0 cats in my car. I have the Invidia N1, and is way too loud now at WOT (0% ~ 50% throttle is pretty tame).
Are cats the only way to make everything quieter? Or will adding more resonators help? I have no rasp on my exhaust currently, just way too freaking loud.
Also, I've never had a muffler shop make custom exhausts, but is this a viable route as well?
As far as quiet exhausts go, all i can find is the Q300, stock exhaust, resonated Perrin. They all seem a little raspier compared to the N1's deep bassy tone.
Any suggestions?
