Total of 2k discount before I negotiate the price. Since we are almost at the end of the month, they told me that if the February deal is better we will go with that one or vice versa (Go with January deal and do the paperwork in February.) I am also not planning to drive the car during winter, so they will store the car indoor at the dealer until I decide to take it out, < Option #1
Option #2 > Buy in March as planned. without knowing the the amount of the promotion, still eligible for the grad rebate (last month for the promotion, what the website said), snow will melt and ready to drive right of the dealer.
Which option will you guys pick?

They will store the car indoors for winter? Is that common in Canada? Sounds ummm fishy to me.
