Just got my system returned (thanks Daniel @oemaudioplus); decided to go straight to the "Robust" setting since I listen mainly to house and rock and have an aftermarket exhaust. Must say it is quite the difference in terms of bass reproduction; on the flat setting it gives a decent amount of oomph even at highway speeds with the drone of my exhaust now while on the balanced setting the bass was pretty much inperceivable.
I was worried about the sound quality being ruined by changing it but surprisingly it's just as good. I'm not sure if it's placebo but I feel like I have to turn the volume slightly higher than before now though for the same loudness (compared to balanced) but this is might be because I am listening to it differently. Either way it's not a big deal since the max volume is way higher than I'd like to listen to anyways.

Overall I'm thoroughly impressed. I loved listening to the balanced setting while my car was idling but was a frustrated by my exhaust since it killed the bass. Changing the bass reproduction profile fixed my only complaint and working with OEM Audio+ to get it done was a breeze as I'm sure anyone who has dealt with their customer service know.
