I'm not sure anyone here can tell you the "best" shop for getting a tune. First of all, few FR-S/BRZ owners have had more than one shop tune their car, so it would be hard for any single consumer to judge across multiple shops.

More importantly, though, the best shop for you is one that you are comfortable with. Give the shop a call, or better yet, stop in, and talk with the tuner about his (her?) philosophy and approach to tuning. Ask how much experience he has, whether he has tuned a car with your type of mods before, what modifications he recommends. If you like the answers and feel like you can trust this person with the health of your car, that's the shop for you.

It's kind of like choosing a physician. You have to find someone you can work with and trust.
