Car should hopefully have around 300whp this week after turbo and tune.

I know going staggered with big rubber will cause more understeer, so I added a thicker rear swaybar (Perrin 19mm) to help (hopefully) neutralize the car.

Is my thinking correct? I haven't pushed the car to the edge yet, but I'm expecting understeer with my particular setup.
Your thinking is correct, but I suspect you will also suffer from a LOT of understeer, and when you do get oversteer, it'll be a pretty hard snap from power-over.

I'd recommend you go to a square setup, and run a FRONT sway bar for faster transitions. It'll understeer through sweepers, but you'll make up the time in slaloms and then some.
