I hate the Prius tires, but the other set seems like serious overkill for 160 hp car at a fast track. WWYD?

I thought I read in the manual that I shouldn't change the factory oil until 5k miles, but I don't feel right about leaving it in. WWYD?
I would put the tires on and leave the oil alone. The oil in the car is most likly a break in oil. High hp motors use these for about 20 min while they are broke in on a stand but due to a longer calmer break in they are probably putting in a lighter version of that in the twins. The tires will help even on a fast track and you will have a much lower chance of going off course. I waited until my car had some miles and the first oil change to track it but that was more me being over cautious as I have zero luck with subaru engines.
