COMPLETELY dissatisfied with your service. Ordered Smoked Markers on 12/25/13 when it clearly said they were in stock on your site. Have yet to receive even shipping details on my order and am honestly fed up with the situation.
Unless there is an up-tick in service, consider this my only order from your company.
