It's a Scion, not a Lexus. Parts on this car are pretty cheap. Is this your first accident or something?
OEM parts depend on your state laws and whether or not the body shop will fight for you.
As for the frame damage, you should be getting a written estimate from the insurance company and it'll say what work has already been authorized.
