Yeah that's the one... it's difficult, but I got it done, give yourself plenty of time if you decide to do it, and I'd go with 18 gauge, not 12 gauge wire. Hope you have good soldering skills, cause you'll need every bit of them (may also help to have a second set of hands, I didn't but wish I did).
