Those parts are not officially sold in the Canadian or US markets, so they would not be considered OEM aftermarket. You can verify this by having them look up the actual part numbers in their database. It won't exist (hence, they can't warranty a part number that doesn't exist in their system). That's just the nature of importing parts not available in your home market; everything you bring in is considered grey market parts not sanctioned by SoA/SoC(?).

As far as the actual damage is considered...I don't see a problem with it. The fact is you'll most likely scrape it more in the future...it just happens (mine is all scratched up on the bottom). The lip can take quite a beating anyways. While mine is scratched up, it has not deformed in any way and the only time you actually see it is if your face is to the floor. So while the lip kit IS expensive, it's just realistic to assume its going to happen. The way I see it, better the lip gets scratched up, which can easily be removed and replaced, then scratching up your actual bumper.

Now, with that is mind, the fact that the dealer refuses to admit fault is the real problem here. Hopefully you get something worked out.
