In fact if there is a service that needs to be done to my car that I don't have the tools for I go to a local tuner shop to get things done because they will treat your car better than most stealerships will. Also, they understand how to park lowered cars and you can't just pull forward until your tires hit the concrete stops.
I would be upset if I had just installed a lip and something like that happened. I would ask for the next oil change to be free or something small that would compensate for a small amount of damage. |
I also do my own oil changes; but this problem was a warranty related issue.
I wish I could just take the head unit off and give it to them instead of having them taking it off...
But that itself would cause another conflict and they will say because you took it off, the warranty is now void... Which I can totally see happening Lol
