Problem with this article is that they didn't put comparable tires on the Mazda or WRX so it's nice to know the car is more capable but it's up in the air if you slap some sticky rubber onto the other two if the Toyobaru still comes out on top.

Worth noting though is how a magazine test isn't really science (more akin to Mythbusters than reliable data), the Michelins still pull a skidpad number as good as the other two (the magic is in the chassis) and stickier tires didn't help the 0-60 of the FRS.
