Yeah I service my own car, I never trusted them after they almost burnt up my clutch on my last car trying to get it on the rack and killing it 8 times in the process. :/ Guy driving it even had a manual lol, guess he couldn't handle a racing clutch lol. Nothing quite like clutch engagement 1/2 in off the floor board

In fact if there is a service that needs to be done to my car that I don't have the tools for I go to a local tuner shop to get things done because they will treat your car better than most stealerships will. Also, they understand how to park lowered cars and you can't just pull forward until your tires hit the concrete stops.

I would be upset if I had just installed a lip and something like that happened. I would ask for the next oil change to be free or something small that would compensate for a small amount of damage.
