Hopefully this will be my final post in regards to my window. The third party lubricant Toyota applied to my passenger window seems to have done the job. The window has worked in truely frigid temps (single-digits for days, etc.).

Thankfully, however, my Toyota dealership service center just called and told me Toyota finally has an official fix. They're going to replace the weather-stripping along the base of the windows and install more powerful window mechanisms that move the window up and down. As my dealership has been told, this apparently has worked seemlessly in all Toyota testing.

Anyone who's car is still under warranty (or who wants to fight with Toyota to replace the parts at no cost), I would suggest asking for this fix.
