Then again, the Integra sedan sold like crap. Course it was just another FWD car at that point.

I'm the opposite, think the wheelbase is too long. Its not manuvarable enough. Get rid of the useless backseat, shorten the wheelbase, and take enough safety iron to drop the weight a couple thousand pounds (and the safety rating.) Make it serious. Otherwise just get a WRX if you want a big powerful wheelbase.
