I don't believe so. My opinion is that the door seals actually ON the door itself are crap - leave your car out in the rain then drive it the next day. Windows are dry right? Roll them down and back up. Now they're wet right? The seals are sub-par and let moisture in - in sub-freezing weather/snow/etc. this causes the windows to freeze. I also believe moisture from the air without rain can be a problem, but have no direct proof of this.
