I've been in contact with Innovate throughout the period of time when the pulley started making noise. In every case when I contacted them they were looking to solve the problem. Once we determined that a repack of the bearings wasn't the solution, they overnighted me a new pulley. I know of one other person who has had issues with the pulley and I suspect that given the type of driving that he and I do with our cars that we're pushing the pulley pretty hard. I am confident that Innovate will be working on figuring out what caused the failures and come up with a good solution to the problem.
FWIW, here's the bearing that comes in the pulley: Ntn 6203LU Single Row Ball Bearing: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
At $7.21 each that's not to bad of a cost.

I recently developed a squeak when the car is cold. It sounds like it's coming from one of the pullies, so I'm assuming it's the idler pulley considering the issues some have had.
Mine squeaks only on the initial startup, when the car is cold. It squeaks for about 30sec, then it goes away. If I drive the car throughout the day, it won't squeak. If I leave it in the garage overnight, it'll squeak again on startup for 30sec. If it might be the pulley, would you chance it next weekend at the track?
What do you guys think? Idler pulley? I have a track event a week from Sunday, and am thinking of buying the bearing you mention above.
