I do not own a lux meter and I could care less about the exact light output of my headlights. You don't seem to understand the main point I'm trying to make. I'll say it one more time, my headlights look awesome, much better than stock and they do not hurt anyone's eyes. I have been testing and proving this for weeks now. Do I really need to say more?
Can an actual frs owner please back me up on this?
If the FRS you are referring to is actually "blinding" people it can only be due to either cheap bulbs or possibly a 55 Watt kit which in my opinion is too bright.
I think we need to define what blinding people actually means. In my case the only time someone else's headlights ever even slightly bother me is on trucks. Never once have I been literally blinded on the road. Most people just simply look away when they see brighter headlights. I do not have window tint either. Maybe my eyes are not as sensitive as others, but I don't think that's the case because as I mentioned before, not one out of many different people I have driven around at night has anything negative to say about my lights. In and out of they're car, and at all different distances and angles.
Of course an hid conversion is not perfect, it never will be. It is however much cheaper and extremely effective. Why don't you just understand that and stop being a negative troll that doesn't even own the car this forum is about.
