Has anyone replaced the 2014 BRZ Headunit with an aftermarket unit? Is the radio reception bad with the aftermarket stuff?

I read that the 2013 Canadian Pioneer HU would not plug and play with the 2014 car namely the Bluetooth mic for one thing.

I'm just worried about the wiring and double din kits. The stuff I see floating around years ago seemed of crap quality.

Any shop reputable in the GTA that does a good wiring harness prep? As in not just twist some wires together and tape it up with 3M electrical tape.
