I thought i needed something to do every morning when i wake up besides check my email, fb, cell phone. So lets try this out, I've been working out for about 2.5 years now. It all started when i crashed my rx-8. Almost fell down a hill with three others in the car. I was young and stupid. I needed something to distract me from losing my baby and my fuck ups, so i turned to lifting weights. It's been fun and I've come a long way.
