Excluding the hole to the door you make when cutting, which can easily be filled. I'm still not seeing a problem with making a Rocket Bunny a daily.
I can only speak from my experience with having seen kitted cars (including FRP) that have a couple years on them. I would not do it as I feel it is hugely detrimental to the value of the car and its durability. YMMV
