LTFT takes time settle in, so if you took your last log right after reflashing your LTFT will not be as high as it should and your STFT will reflect this. Unless the new rom you flashed was close to being ideal then there will not be much correction.
Also I noticed during low rpm range and high load, such as lugging your car up a hill in too high a gear, you will more likely see your IAM get cut down. Specially if your fuel map is off (indicated by wildly fluctuating or really high STFT)
What is the diameter of your cat-deleted front pipe? Brand?
