I've just got a cheap BT USB Dongle and one of those generic small blue ELM327 adapters from dx.com. They seem to work (for the most part), but I don't use Torque on a regular basis so can't really say how good/bad they perform.
I also acquired a cheap USB Serial OBD2 cable before Xmas, but still haven't plugged it in to try.
