One of my Crystal eyes started showing minor leakage so I looked closely with the trunk lid open and saw suds accumulating at the base of the trunk lift mechanism.

Its an obvious water channel that continually assaults the top of the tail lights, which can eventually lead to tail light contamination of any tail light.

So - for 99 cents I got a pack of snowman snot (sticky gum for fridge post it notes) and made a dam that channels the water away from the top of the tail lights.

Seems to work so far , waiting for more temp and humidity extremes to be sure. Will post pics soon.
