Hey man I've got the loud transmission noise as well. It turns out that it's most likely the clutch master & slave cylinder. An easy way to tell is to do a clutch bleed and the problem will temporarily go away or get a little better. You can also touch the top point of your transmission where the clutch arm meets the transmission. Just barely touching it with your finger makes the noise go away. Is it harder to shift for you too?

I just bought the replacement parts for it and I will let you know if this solves the problem.
